本片是第一部以動畫形式拍攝的紀錄片。以色列導(dǎo)演阿里?福爾曼19歲時作為以色列士兵親眼目睹1982年黎巴嫩貝魯特薩巴拉與沙提拉巴勒斯坦難民營大屠殺。二十多年后，失憶的福爾曼通過與當(dāng)年的戰(zhàn)友、朋友、心理醫(yī)生和親歷慘案的軍人與記者的對話采訪，試圖回憶起屠殺的真相。隨著福爾曼的 記憶被逐步喚起，1982年黎巴嫩戰(zhàn)爭的慘象逐幀浮現(xiàn)。 本片獲得2008年愷撒獎最佳外語片、金球獎最佳外語片、洛杉磯電影協(xié)會最佳動畫片獎和最佳紀錄片亞軍，并被提名奧斯卡最佳外語片、英國電影電視協(xié)會最佳非英語影片和最佳動畫片，并入主2009年戛納金棕櫚獎主競賽單元。

2017 海外動漫簡介： The green Verdies are the tiny, but brave guardians of the lakeside. The young Verdies only become guardians when their hair turns brown. Until then, however, life is boring. The youngsters with green hair are not allowed to fly on warblers, not allowed to row alone, and they're not allowed to ride wild frogs at the rodeo. Willy Whistle's big dream is to become a guardian, but his curiosity always gets him into trouble. However, the whole lake becomes at risk when the enemies of the lakeside, the Grimps and the swans, enter into alliance. The guardians are helpless, but Willy comes up with a daring plan in order to save his home and his trapped friend, Jeremiah Jump.
